air conditioning needs since 1970. We are now happy to
announce that we have expanded our service to other
areas by opening an office in Clarksburg.

About Us

Grogg's Heating and Air Conditioning was
founded in 1970 by Leon B. Grogg. He spent
many years serving the people of the Parkersburg
area. The company began as a part-time venture
but quickly became a full-time business. He loved
his business and he loved serving his customers.
Leon took great pride in the fact that he honored
each of his customers.

Therefore, we have many loyal customers who
have been treated with great respect throughout
the years. That is still our #1 goal. Without you,
we would not be in business.

Leon's daughter and her husband, Tim and Carma
Hanlon purchased the company in 1996; they are
no strangers to the business. Carma grew up in
the heating and air conditioning business working
closely with her father for numerous years. Leon
also had the opportunity to train Tim in all
aspects of the business. They continue to build
upon Leon's legacy by simply doing their best to
take care of their customers.

In July, 2004, Grogg's Heating & Air Conditioning
became Grogg's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
at which time they had 8 employees.

In September of 2005, Grogg's Heating and Air
Conditioning, Inc. opened up a second branch in
Clarksburg, WV to serve North Central West
Virginia. Leon's Grandson, R. Keith Blair, is the
Branch Manager of this operation. Keith has an
in-depth background in the business as well. He
started with Grogg's in 1999 after graduating from
college. He currently manages 8 employees.

In January, 2007, Fred Grogg Heating and Air
Conditioning previously located in Belpre, Ohio,
was purchased. Oscar Grogg, the former owner, is
now an employee working in sales.

In March, 2007, Parkersburg Plumbing, Heating
& Cooling, Inc. formerly located on 61st Street in
Vienna, WV, was also purchased. With this
acquisition, we acquired 5 new employees. Bob,
the former owner, is working part-time in sales.

We are proud to have 25 employees and to
continue to provide incredible sales and service to
this community with our new team.
